Three large asteroids are expected to pass Earth today, with larger asteroids expected to bypass the planet over the coming days. Another asteroid bypassed Earth on Thursday, with it expected to be the closest asteroid ever recorded near our planet. According to NASA, the 12-metre comet is 430 km away from Earth, hurtling past at 8.9 km per second.
