‘Blackout Bowen’ has produced ‘nothing’ to reduce the cost of power

Nationals MP Keith Pitt says Energy Minister “Blackout Bowen” has produced “nothing” which focuses on reducing the cost of power. “People just can’t afford to pay,” Mr Pitt told Saturday Morning Herald columnist Steve Price. “The ABS, in the last couple of weeks, put out a statement that Brisbane city alone – power prices went up more than 30 per cent in just one quarter.”
