More than 50,000 people are predicted to visit the Sydney Fish Markets this Good Friday on the “biggest seafood day” of the year, says Sydney Fish Markets’ Alex Stollznow. “Australia has some of the best seafood on earth,” he told Sky News Australia. “It’s often much cheaper than you might think – if it’s not a big name or famous species, chances are you can pick it up for less than $20 or $15 dollars a kilo.”
