Yellow Brick Home Loans Executive Chairman Mark Bouris says homeowners should be “very worried” amid recent data showing declining house prices last month across every capital city in Australia. Mr Bouris says despite conflicting forecasts he expects a further decline of house prices once the “lag effect of these interest rates starts to bite in”.
