The Royal Easter Show is celebrating a milestone in the 200th birthday of the Royal Agricultural Society. In 1891 Queen Victoria approved the ‘Royal’ prefix to be added to the Society’s name and now today Princess Anne will officially open the show to mark the 200th anniversary. The show will have historical displays, animal shows, carnival rides and will present the best of Australian agriculture.
