Coles has announced it will cease selling soft-made plastic bags in a bid to meet sustainability goals. The supermarket chain says they will phase out the 15-cent bags by the end of June, hoping the initiative will see more than 230 million bags out of circulation by this time next year. Other reusable options will be available for those who forget their bags.
