Reserve Bank of New Zealand could lift cash rate to 4.25 per cent

Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says the consensus is New Zealand is going to get a rate rise of 75 basis points today, around midday Australia time. “So, that’ll bring the cash rate there to 4.25 per cent,” Mr Boyd said. “It looks like it’s going to be 75, and the Governor of the RBNZ says they’re probably going to go towards five per cent.”
