Treasurer Josh Frydenberg says the Coalition’s new housing scheme is a clear “point of difference” from the Labor Party. Mr Frydenberg said the fundamental purpose of the housing scheme is to get more people into a first home. “This a fundamental difference in approach between the Coalition and the Labor Party,” he told Sky News Australia. “Our policy is about delivering a more secure retirement, supporting superannuation, but also importantly, supporting first home buyers.”
