CommSec: Market Close 25 Sep 20- Aussie shares lift for second straight week

The Australian sharemarket rose by 1.5% on Friday and 1.7% this week. Today’s surge was mainly thanks to gains of between 3-7.4% for the major banks after the Federal Government announced changes to responsible lending rules.
